I think within your Top 5 predictions and your alternatives, you should be 100%. I can’t think of any one you haven’t thought of that isn’t one of your alts.
I do think Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams will be nominated – both have been before, and the movie is getting great reviews for their acting.
I definitely do think that Ryan Gosling has a fast growing chance of ousting Robert Duvall who seems to be losing buzz. For sure harvey Weinstein will make a huge push for him, too. Michelle as well, but she is in a dogfight with Lesley Manville. It all depends on which little-seen, end of the year release will actually get seen more.
Yeah true! I read a report about how people aren’t wanting to see movies that make them sad at the moment (enough of that with the recession, bad weather etc) which isn’t good for Blue Valentine and Rabbit Hole.
Too bad The Social Network didn’t win. I had money on that!!!
